Nutritional Needs during Menopause for Women

This event is designed to educate women on the changes and adaptations that occur during menopause, as well as provide recommendations for preventing osteoporosis, proper nutritional supplementation, and exercise. Our speakers will share insights on the unique nutritional needs of women during menopause and provide practical tips for maintaining optimal health. Attendees will have the opportunity to ask questions and engage in discussion with our experts. This event is perfect for women who want to learn how to optimize their health during this significant stage of life.

Cognitive Decline and Nutrition Seminar

  • This seminar aims to educate participants on the risk factors of cognitive decline, introduce nutrients that can benefit memory, and provide tips on how to prepare meals that cater to the nutritional needs of retirees.

  • Participants will also learn about the importance of appealing to the senses to stimulate appetite, and gain knowledge on how to incorporate color, aroma, and flavor into meals.

Online Healthy Eating Workshop for Retirees

This online workshop aims to educate retirees about the importance of a balanced and nutritious diet. Participants will learn about the different nutrients found in various foods and their significance in maintaining good health. The workshop will also provide tips on how to create healthy and satisfying meals and encourage participants to explore the benefits of the current menu options available to them.

 

In addition, the workshop will introduce different cooking methods and their unique characteristics, such as texture and taste. Participants will gain a better understanding of how to prepare and cook their food to retain its nutrients and flavor.
