Health Growth Management Seminar

Measure different growth indicators for children, including height and weight. Share the required nutritional ratios and dietary examples for different stages of growth. Through seminars, drama education, and cooking workshops, deepen children's interest in healthy eating.

Parent-Child Balanced Diet Workshop

Help parents understand that their children have different nutritional needs as they grow. Share simple recipes and dietary guidelines to make it easier for parents to prepare meals for their children.

Online Children's Cooking Workshop

  • The workshop aims to introduce participants to the concept of low-carbon emissions diet

  • explain the benefits of low-carbon emissions for the planet and health

  • showcase examples of low-carbon emission foods through fun and engaging cooking activities.

Parent-Child Nutrition Label Seminar

  • This seminar aims to provide participants with a deeper understanding of nutrition labels and the definitions of nutrition claims. The seminar will also provide guidelines from the Department of Health on terms such as "low sugar," "low salt," "high fat," and "high fiber."

  • Participants will learn how to make better food choices by understanding trans fats and saturated fats in food products.
